I’m a six-shooter…
Busy day baking and working and a wicked workout in the evening with my awesome fiance. We took the well known workout called SIX-SHOOTER and smashed through this evilness twice! That’s 6 six-shooters rounds back to back ! Seeing as we were working out in a globo-gym our relentless 30min workout got some stares….. haha, but this was just so much fun.
SIX-SHOOTER
6 rounds as fast as possible
6 Squat Cleans (I used 30kg, Nick 60kg)
6 Push-ups
6 KB Swings (I used 16kg, Nick 32kg)
6 Thrusters
6 Pull-ups (we had to do stict ones)
6 Burpees
Emma 29.09mins Nick 35.58mins
Yowser! We couldn’t dump the bar so that was an extra strain on the lower back, abs abs abs=tight, tight, tight. Next time I hope to go heavier as feeling like I am still weak on my thrusters. Go on give it a go….
LOVE 6-shooter. Potent enough doing it once, but TWICE? Damnnn kids! Awesome work. Hate thrusters, but have gotten heaps stronger with a few little tips from Pat…will show you next time we thrust together 😉

Can’t wait to thrust together Ninja….but I want those tips ! Need some help on the old thrusters. Something just not quite right 🙂
