I love our gymnastic rings! Brings a whole new element to working the core. I hung them up at the boxing gym the other day and got a few of the guys to try them out. Even the strong ones found it hard to balance with their arms locked out in the top position, let alone try a ring dip on them!! I had forgotten that the simplest thing on the rings uses your core to it’s max. You have to have your core “switched on” to do anything on them. If you go soft in any part of your body you wont achieve a thing.
Still not got my muscle ups yet…..frustrating……but it wont be long, practice, practice……. ♥ for my rings
